Abstract

Objective To observe the security and validity of Remifentanil target - controlled infusion combined with Propofol used in painless gastroscopy of elderly patients. Methods Sixty ASAⅠ~Ⅱelderly patients undergoing painless gastroscopy were randomly divided into 2 groups:Remifentanil target- controlled infusion combined with Propofol group(group RP) and Propofol group(group P) with 30 cases in each group. The data of SBP,DBP,HR,SpO_2 preoperative (T_0),after administration 1 min(T_1),during surgery(T_2) and wake-up time(T_3) were recorded, while the time of induction, inspection, recovery, being awake, the dose of Propofol and adverse reactions were recorded. Results The SBP,DBP and HR at T_1 and T_2 in group P were lower than in group RP(P0.05).The time of recovery and being awake in group RP were shorter than in group P(P0.05),the dose of Propofol in group RP was less than in group P(P0. 05).Conclusion It is a safe and reliable anesthesia that Remifentanil target - controlled infusion combined with Propofol are used in painless gastroscopy of elderly patients.
