Abstract
In this experiment, the operational factors on lovastatin yield by solid-state fermentation were studied by orthogonal design. The result showed that the optimum conditions was temperature 25℃, 11d of fermentation time, 3% of soluble starch as additive carbon source, 10% of water supplement from the third day, no MgSO (4)and 0.1% of KH (2)PO (4), 0.2% of NaNO (3) as additive nitrogen source and pH 4.5.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
A contribution statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
