Abstract
The premise of evaluating the performance of employees is to establish a scientific, reasonable and feasible performance evaluation system. The indicator system of Balanced Score Card( BSC) is the combination of financial performance indicators and non financial performance indicators, which provides managements with fundamental basis to evaluate the enterprises operation status and builds a hierarchical framework for strategic management activities of enterprise. Based on the indicator system of BSC,we adopt the analytical hierarchy process( APH) to establish employee performance appraisal system, which can scientifically set the weighted coefficients of evaluation indicators and comprehensively reflect the status of employee performance management activities.
