Summary on emergency management system of marine disaster in China

Abstract

China is not only a great ocean power,but also one of the countries which are seriously affected by marine disaster.By long period effort,China has constructed marine disaster emergency management system,which still has a lot of problems.In this paper,the current status of marine disaster emergency management system is briefly summarized from five aspects,including the law and warning cases making system,monitor and forecast system,organization system, emergency rescuing system,and the emergency survey and estimate system.
