Abstract

Based on the status quo of the natural disaster emergency management in China, the advances in the study on the natural disaster emergency management are analyzed, and the problems in the theory and practices of the study on natural disaster emergency management in China are indicated. Then, the framework of the natural disaster emergency management in China has been brought forward, in which the management system of the natural disaster emergency, the disaster emergency response procedure and the acquirement of disaster information are the key parts to improve the level of the natural disaster emergency management.
