Clinical analysis of megakaryocyte mature hindrance

Abstract

Objective To investigate the clinical significance and changes of the megakaryocyte and 4 indexes blood platelet parameters of patients with megakaryocyte mature hindrance.Methods 28 cases with megakaryocyte mature hindrance were divided into 3 groups in terms of illness types:idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura(ITP)?other hemayonosis and other disease group,10 cases without detectable diseases as controls.The megakaryocytes were assayed under microscopyby,and the blood platelet parameters were determined by blood autoanalyzer.Results There were markedly decrease of mature megakaryocyte and platelet in all groups.The numbers of megakaryocytes in ITP group was higher than that in other any group,and there were significantly diference in PCT?MPV and PDW between ITP group and other any group.Conclusions There is megakaryocyte mature hindrance in a several of diseases.The increases of numbers of megakaryocytes in marrow and changes of parameters in blood is a main speciality in ITP.It is important to differential diagnosis in clinic.
