Abstract

Objective: To observe the transient effect of acupuncturing different acupoints of healthy people, explore the correlation between meridians, acupoints and organs. Methods: Acupuncturing different acupoints in sixty healthy people, changes of heart rate were observed, compare the effects of difference in heart rate. Results: There was no significant difference before and after acupuncture on heart rate. The heart rate amplitude changed highered after acupuncture in neiguan and waiguan(P0.01,P0.05),no statistic difference between them. The influence of different heart rate group has significant difference after acupuncture by neiguan and waiguan(P0.05).Conclusion: Pericardium meridian, tripe energizer meridian have good and two-way regulatire effect on heart rate of healthy people, there was significant difference relative to stomach meridian, spleen meridian, gallbladder meridian, liver meridian, large intestine meridian on correlation between meridians and internal organs, the meridian itself and the exterior-interior meridian are better than others.
