System Construction of Hospital Ethics Committee

Since our Hospital Ethics Committee was founded,we had gotten much progress.We had some experience in founding it.Hospital leaders played a great role in progress and founding of Hospital Medical Ethics Committee.It is essential that hospital workers are educated about Medical Ethics.It must be emphasized that medical researches should get permission of biologic Hospital Medical Ethics Committee before they are carried out.In order to do this work more efficient and better Hospital Medical Ethics Committee should play series of roles.
