Research on how to Enhance the Talents Competitiveness of the Economic Zone on the Western Coast of the Taiwan Straits

It is necessary to strengthen the talents competitiveness for improving the competitiveness of West-coast Economic Zone.This paper analyzes the current situation,the deficiency,the opportunities and challenges of the talents competitiveness of West-coast Economic Zone.Based on the evaluating indexes,the paper forms a mode of evaluating the talents competitiveness of West-coast Economic Zone.Finally,the following measures are proposed to strengthen the talents competitiveness of this area: increasing investment to expand the scale of human resources;reforming the education system to enhance the talent level;improving the HR system to improve talent attraction;building cooperation platform for the achievement transformation,and so on.
