Abstract

Affordable housing is public product which should be provided by the government.To offer affordable housing is the responsibility of the government,especially the local government.The government of Toronto,Canada thinks that the increase of affordable housing can solve the housing crisis.Affordable housing is adapted to the low-income housing needs and the cost is lower than the average price,including rental housing,temporary housing and property housing.The affordable housing policy in Toronto offers valuable experience to our local government.
