"Body Writing" in Perspective of Modernity

Modernity is a plural and ambiguous concept. Usually we reduce it to two kinds: initiate/social modernity and aesthetic/cultural modernity. In perspective of plural Modernity, uncivilism is also contained by this concept, which can be proved by the practice of body writing in Chinese contemporary literature. Such investigation provides us with a best juncture of approaching to the truth of life and experiencing the dust-covering character of meaning world.
