Abstract

Realization of a simple multifunctional active filter is presented. The circuit is constructed with two Multiple Current Output CCCⅡs(MOCCCⅡ),one Operationgal Transconductance Amplifier(OTA) and two grounded capacitors. The biquad can realize low-pass,high-pass,band-pass,band-stop and all-pass filter characteristics by choosing approprate current input and output branches. The characteristic parameters can also be tuned by adjusting the bias currents and the capacitors. As well as the tunable frequency, the proposed circuit has very low sensitivities with respect to the circuit elements.PSpice simulation for an actual circuit is conducted, and the results show that the proposed circuit is valid and effective.
