Abstract
Based on the features on OTA device,a universal biquadratric voltage-mode filter based on operational transconductance amplifier(OTA) is proposed in the paper. Its circuit is composed of four OTAs and two capacitors, which could realize functions of second-order low-pass,band-pass,high-pass,notch and all-pass by choosing different input ports.Analysis on the transfer function indicates that this circuit has low passive and active sensitivities.Simulation on the circuit with PSPICE show that the circuit design is correct and feasible.
