Abstract
[Objective]The aim of the research was to optimize the technique of saponin extraction.[Method] Single factor test and orthogonal test was used to optimize the extraction process of total saponins from jujube.[Result] The results showed that the factors in order was the solid-liquid ratio of extraction system ethanol concentration extraction time extraction temperature.The optimum conditions was 1∶15 of the solid-liquid ratio of extraction system,60 ℃,70% ethanol to jujube,2 hours extraction time.[Conclusion] The extraction rate of the total saponins under the condition of this experiment was 0.99%.
