In the new period of modernization in our country, DENG Xiao-ping explored the law for the Communist Party being in power, and drew a series of great conclusions. The main points among them included four aspects: Relieving the thought continuously is the magic weapon for the ruling party conserving its vitality; A real Marxist political party must have a Marxist political route regarding the development as own center mission; Winning the people's confidence and support is the firm foundation for the Communist Party being in power; Pushing on to make theoretical innovations of the construction of the Communist Party, and to make the inner part of the Communist Party for the Communist Party consolidating the ruling position.
