On the Establishment and Improvement of the Evaluation Index of the Grassroots Tax Authority's Execution

It is urgent for grassroots taxation authorities to have a correct understanding of the executive ability in the context of overall enforcement of government's execution.This paper argues that the execution of tax authorities should be upgraded by establishing a series of evaluation index,making efforts to update ideas,improve techniques,clarify responsibility,promote the innovative ability and better the evaluation system and rewards and punishments system.
