Experience of Costal Cartilages,the Septum Cartilage and Ear Cartilage on Nasal Septum Nasal Columella Extension

Objective:To observe the surgical effect of costal cartilages,the septum cartilage and ear cartilage on nasal septum nasal columella extension,and to analyze surgical complications. Result:Through the use of nasal septum cartilage nasal septum nasal columella extension,satisfaction degree and complication analysis was done on 50 cases. Operation satisfaction was significantly higher than that of the rest of the two items,and complication rate was lower than the other two items. Conclusion:The nasal septum growth was normal. Customers who expect to change short upturned nose prefer to prolong nasal septum nasal septum cartilage and columella.
