Abstract

The orthogonal experimental design was employed to study the optimal conditions for massive culture of algae Dunaliella salina.The results showed the best growth conditions as follows:initial pH at 9,temperature at 32 ℃,the illumination at 10,000 lx,inoculating density of 0.30 in liquid medium.The J/L medium offered good condition for growing D.salina at large industrial scale.
