Abstract
The culture medium for Dunaliella salina Teodoresce from 4 kinds of Dunaliella salina culture medium was selected,with biomass and TTC as determining parameters, the concentration of N, P, Fe and NaCl in this medium was optimized by orthogonal and single factor test. The results showed that the biomass of Dunaliella salina increased by 1.2 times, providing raw material for its activity substance.
