Abstract
Objective:To compare with the effect of transfusion between fresh and frozen platelet in treating thromobocytopenia caused by postchemotherapeutic in patients with acute leukemia.Methods:42 patients were treated with fresh platelet and 49 patients treated with frozen platelet.Results:The group with the fresh platelet transfusion were received 79 times transfusions,each case was received 1.88 average times,the effective rate of the corrected count index (CCI) was 35.4%,the clinical effective rate was 88.9%;the group with the frozen platelet transfusion were received 131 times,each case was received 2.67 average times,the effective rate of CCI was 16.79%,the clinical effective rate was 81.63%.The differences of CCI and the times of platelet transfusion between two groups was significant (P0.05); and the clinical effect was no difference (P0.05).Conclusions:The effect of the fresh platelet transfusion is better than the frozen platelet transfusion.
