Abstract

Objective To understand the spectrum of bile pathogen in patients with acute severe cholangeitis (ACST) and their drug sensitivity to antibiotics. Methods To cultivate the microorganisms in 31 bile samples and study the sensitivity to antibiotic drugs of the microorganisms with BacTALERT 3D 120 culturing system and automatic VITEK 32 bacterial culturing and antibiotic drug sensitivity studying system. Results The positive rate of bile bacteria was 96.7%, the major general of bacteria were E.coli、Klebsiella sp、Enterococcus and Pseudomonas aeruginosa. Gram negative bacteria was more sensitive to Imipenem, Tazobactampiperacillin, Ceftazibime. Conclusion The main pathogen in patients with ACST were E.coli、Klebsiella sp、Enterococcus and Pseudomonas aeruginosa which were most sensitive to those antibiotics such as Imipenem, Tazobactampiperacillin, Ceftazibime.
