Abstract
A monolayer of Rotaxane molecules was sandwiched in a Ti/Rotaxane/Au crossbar structure as organic bistable devices by microelectronic processes.A reversible and reproducible memory switching property was observed in the organic bistable devices. The positive threshold voltage from high impedance state to low impedance was about 1.3 V with the reverse phenomenon at a negative voltage of-1.7 V.The crossbar array of bistable devices with Rotaxane is promising for nonvatile molecular memory applications.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
