Abstract
A method for the determination of Ca,Cu,Fe,K,Mg,Mn,Na,P and Zn in Chinese traditional medicine Zhu Sha Liang by ICP AES with microwave digestion was studied. The recoveries of standard addition are in the range of 97.3%—101.3%.The relative standard deviation is≤3.6% and detection limit is in the range of 0.2—51.0μg/L.The method is efficient, accurate and easy to operate. And the results obtained by microwave digestion and dry ashing digestion were compared.
