Emphasising Project Characteristics,Achieving the Unity of Knowing and Doing

Engineering Training Center is the main body for implementing engineering training for students,and an important part for the cultivation of the engineering awareness,the innovative ability and the ability to solving engineering problems of students.This paper describes the the construction of and the practice in the Engineering Training Center of Nanchang Hangkong University.It proposes that the cultivation of high quality comprehensive engineering talents should be the goal,engineering training should be a carrier,and engineering training content should be expanded in order to achieve the change from metalworking training and electronic training to comprehensive engineering training.
