Construction of Engineering Training Center Based on “Plan for Educating and Training of Outstanding Engineers”

The construction of an engineering training center in the agricultural university with agricultural engineering professional feature was discussed in this paper under the background of plan for educating and training of outstanding engineerseducational reform. The construction experience and characteristics of the engineering training center were introduced from different aspects,such as the teaching system,advanced teaching methods,and the construction of the teacher team, in order to foster the students ' engineering practice ability, innovation ability and innovative consciousness,to improve students' engineering quality in an all-around way. Good results were obtained in the training process. This paper is a beneficial exploration into modern engineering training.
