The Reason of Deep Well case wear and Protect

Because of the long drilling time and the bigger inside force of drill pipe to case ,the problem of case wear became more serious ,This paper analyzes the five main reason of case wear ,drilling condition ,drilling fluid ,the material of drill pipe and case ,the weight of drilling pipe ,well bore curvature and drilling pattern .Then we put forward five technology measures to protect case wear , such as drilling technology measures , case intramural coating , drilling pipe joint surface process ,drilling fluid additive and drilling pipe protector.
