Research Technology Measures Use on Drill Pipe to Protect Wear

During deep ultra-deep well exploration process,with drilling time being longer,the bigger inside force of drill pipe to case,the casing wear problem becomes more serious.Based on casing wear mechanism,this paper analyzes two main technology measures to protect case wear,for instance,drilling pipe joint surface process,drilling pipe protector.These technology's application,in oilfield,reduces the times of casing repairing or workover operations,extends the life of drill pipe,brings about remarkable profit.
