Abstrcat The leadtime is an important parameter in supply chain management. It directly affects planned start time and quantities and inventory control policies and lots in time bucket based supply chain. The effect factors of leadtime of purchasing and manufacturing part in supply chain management are analyzed, and the concepts of shortening leadtime are proposed in this paper.
