Abstract
Objective:To observe the development of human embryonic trigeminal ganglion cells with the age increased.Method:embryonic trigeminal ganglion aged from19 to 32 weeks were observed by light microscopy,cells counted,and image analysis instrument measured the area,perimeter and diameter of trigeminal ganglion cells.Results:As the age increased,the number of trigeminal ganglion cells had no significant changes,but grown in diameter,the area and perimeter of cells increased significantly.Conclusion:The morphology development of trigeminal ganglion cells in human embryo reached adults' levels at 7-8 months(32 weeks).
