Abstract

Objective To study the anticancer activity of 7-alkoxy chrysin derivatives. Methods 7-Alkoxy chrysin derivatives were prepared and their anticancer activities in vitro were evaluated by the standard MTT method. Results Compound 2b showed more stronger activity against HT-29 cells than 5-Fu,and compound 2a,2b,2e,2d had stronger activity against HL-60 cells than 5-Fu. Conclusion 7-Alkoxy chrysin derivatives possessed the potent anticancer activity.
