On Core Issues of Deposit Insurance System

The effectiveness of deposit insurance system is related to the structure of deposit insurance,According to the inherent requirement of deposit insurance system,we can learn international experiences from those countries which deposit insurance system has been proven to be effective.So we propose that China adopt the form of company as the performing organization of deposit insurance which founded by the government,the firm not only take great advantage of mutual help of insurance,but also the operation pattern of marketing approaches promotes the development of deposit insurance.Contemporary,incentive compatibility corporate governance structure must be conceived.All the arrangements have been set up for maintaining stabilization and safety of banking.
