The right of common privacy belongs to the scope of personal right.Compared with the traditional privacy right which focus on the relationship between the right subject and the non-right subject,the common privacy is a breakthrough.It should be protected by law.Compared with the traditional privacy right,common privacy has some more complicated elements in internal right conflict and external right conflict when it is applied into empowerment because its particularity of the right subject.Therefore,some relevant regulations should be formulated.
