The conflict between privacy and the right to know is the interests of measurement of both sides.When the conflict between privacy and right to information can lead to contradictions,it should be a minimum disclosure of personal privacy,to meet the relevant people's right to information.Expanded privacy the disclosure of personal life would be incalculable damage.State officials and public figures are subject to a certain degree of privacy restrictions,because they sacrifice privacy in exchange for ordinary people who can be difficult to obtain benefits.It is the interests of measurable results and the relative balance of interests.But for some non-voluntary public figures,the law gives the right to protect their privacy and their sense of security from intrusion,even to respect for their human dignity.
