Influence of nursing intervention on ventilator associated pneumonia

Abstract

Objective: To investigate the effect of nursing intervention on the occurrence of ventilator-associated pneumonia rate.Methods:200 patients were treated by ventilator were randomly divided into observation group and control group,100 pationts in euch group.The patients in the observation group were received appropriate nursing interventions,while the control group were received the general care To compcire the ventilator-associated pneumonia incidence.Results: The observation group had VAP 6 patients,the control group had VAP 23 patients,there was significant difference between the two groups of patients(P0.01),with statistical significance.Conclusion: The nursing intervention could reduce ventilator-associated pneumonia rates,improve the prognosis of great significance.
