Abstract
Objective To study the dynamic changes of rCBF in patients with transient ischemic attack by SPECT.Methods Conduct SPECT and CT studies in 29 cases in 6~48 hours after the attack and the second examine CT after 48~72 hours. Moreover, conduct SPECT and CT studies in 30 healthy cases. Results The positive rate of SPECT was 72.4%(21/29).The more serious the level of the attack was,the lower the rCBF was. Conclusion The data shows that 99m Tc ECD SPECT can easily demonstrate a metabolic and functional lesions without structural abnormalities. It can detect cerebral blood flow change of intracerebral foci without detectable change by traditional morphological imaging. It has the importance to the patiente prognosis.
