Nation-state"Network Pattern" System to Enrich the Economic Globalization and to Guarantee the Economic Safety

Under the condition of economic globalization , it is especially important that the nation-state guarantees the economic safety by enriching the economic sovereignty . So the nation-state has to construct own network pattern system which can enrich the economic sovereignty. The network pattern system consists of two flats, four fulcrums and a series of relations which must be dealt with properly . Two flats are national and international . Four fulcrums are ability of government, base of idea , security of institution , and support of people with ability . A series of relations are the relation among economy , politics , culture , international relationship , etc ; economic globalization and economy nationalization ; economic sovereignty and benefits of nation ; firmness of principle and flexibility of policy .
