Abstract
The influence of bead structures of triangle radial expanded model and L shape expanded model on the stress of bead wires was analyzed,and confirmed by FEA.The results showed that when compared to L shape bead structure,the stress distribution of bead wires of triangle bead structure was more uniform,which was beneficial to improvement of the strength of bead wires and safety of tire,and resulted in extended service time of tire.
