Abstract
HarpinEa can excitated the hypersensitive response of tobacco leaves.30μg/mL HarpinEa of solution was injected into the tobacco varieties with different resistance to diseases, and their activities of Peroxidase(POD) and Polyphenol-oxidase(PPO) were measured. The result showed that the activity changes of POD and PPO were consistent in time for all the varieties, but the activities of POD and PPO were higher in resistant varieties than in susceptible ones. This indicated that there existed positive correlation between the change disciplinarian of POD and PPO and the disease resistence of tobacco varieties to a certain extent.
