Abstract
On the way of establishing the market economy, the Soviet Union followed a radical reform model which was in the light of privatization and marketization. And China, under the pre condition of socialist system, carried out a progressive model for reform market economy instead of planned economy. In the reforms of these two countries, the conditions, the goals and models of transformations are different, thus the results different too.
