University Management: On the Way to Modern University Institution Construction

Based on marketization,governmental reform andnew institution environmentof modern social organization construction,this paper studies external management transition issue of Chinese universitiesunder triple-relation of university-government-society,tries to study unique historic and cultural accumulation of universities from macro-angle,analyzes organization properties affiliated to university organization structure and institutional framework and to explore the value of all kinds of conflicts and integration between a university and its externality,proposes to construct harmonious relation between university and government,between university and society and between university and market,to build university management model with virtuous interaction,organic coordination and effective restriction and to form modern university institution with governmental macro-management,market-normalized regulation,society extensive-participation and university autonomously-running mode.
