Abstract
There are still the phenomena that practical teaching is not given enough emphasis in advanced mathematics teaching in higher vocational colleges,so mathematical simulation should be introduced and strengthened.The principle of studying in order to apply it should be manifested in the process of mathematical simulation to promote students' overall development in every subject,improve students' ability of applying modern tools,cultivate students' scientific attitude of preciseness and truth and the spirit of coordination and innovation.At present,advanced mathematics teaching reform should give prominence to three lines: the choice of teaching content,the perfection of teaching mode and the renewal of teaching method to make students really get comprehensive education combining theory and practice.
