Abstract
Objective To observe analgesia effect by using dezocine before skin incision. Methods 40 patients of general anesthesia and sub-total thyroidectomy were randomly divided into two groups. The control group was used combined remifentanil and propofol in anesthesia, the study group was used 5 mg dezocine before skin incision. Breathing recovery time, opening eyes and call time, extubation time and VRS rating of 30 min,1 h,6 h,12 h after surgery of the two groups were recorded. The incidence of 24 h adverse reactions was observed. Results Breathing recovery time, eye opening time and extubation time of the two groups had no differences,as well as adverse reactions after surgery. Pain-free rate of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P 0.01) . Conclusions Using dezocine preemptive analgesia in the surgery of thyroid can significantly alleviate pain, improve the quality of life for patients, with obvious effect and fewer adverse reactions.
