Abstract

AIM:To determine the amount of bioactive component of ferulic acid in Angelica sinensis and study the extracting technology to develop the extracting rate. METHODS:Employing the technology of ultrasonic-assisted extraction and the method of orthogonal experiment to optimize the extracting technology of ferulic acid.At the same time HPLC was used in the detection. RESULTS:The calibration curve was liner(r=0.999 8) in the range of 0.022 44~0.149 6 μg for ferulic acid.Precision degree RSD0.88%.The average recovery was 96.8% and RSD 1.37%.The best extracting technology was got and the extracting rate reached 94.2%. CONCLUSION:With the technology we can extract ferulic acid sufficiently and raise the using rate of medicinal materials.
