Abstract
This article was to determine the content of ferulic acid from Angelica sinensis and to study its extraction technigue in order to increase the extraction rate of active component from Angelica sinensis.Ferulic acid was extracted by flash extraction, the condition of extracting rate was optimized by orthogonal experimental method and the content was determined by HPLC.Linear correlation of ferulic acid was better(r=0.9996)within the range from 7μg/ml to 42μg/ml,RSD was 0.87%.The average recovery was 99.00% and RSD was 0.40%;the best extraction technigue was obtained and the extraction rate reached 93%.This method is simple, fast, and of high extraction rate, which is used to extract ferulic acid from Angelica sinensis.
