Abstract
Taking ODS C18 as chromatographic column and methanol- water(60:40) as mobile phase, detection wavelength of 225 nm, column temperature 40 ℃ diehloromethane extracted, ration by external reference method, the HPLC method for determining atrazine in surface water and drinking water was established. Linear range was 0.02 ~ 10.0 mg/L and related coefficient was 0.999 9. The detection limit was 0.012 μg/L when sampling volume reached 500 ml. The results were satisfactory with the recoveries of 84.1% ~118% and the precision of 2.5% ~ 11.4%.
