Abstract

The inhibitory activity of 15 plant aqueous extracts against Angelica sinensis root rot fungi is determined by taking the methods of growth rate and spore germination. The results indicate that these aqueous extracts have different degrees of inhibition on the Mycelial growth under the mass concentration of 0.2 g·mL-1.And the inhibitiory effect of Radix glycytthizae(Root),Chinese franch(Root),Herba ephedrae(Root)and Arctium lappal(Root)is higher than 50%.However,under the low mass concentration,Chinese franch(Root),Radix scutellariae(Root),Radix codonopsisand(Root),Allium satirum(Stem) faciliate the growth of fungi. Finally, except Herba ephedrae(Root),other plant species under the mass concentration of 0.2 g·mL-1 exhibite the inhibition on spore germination, and among these plants, the inhibition of Ston leek(Stem) reach 93.7%.
