Abstract

In order to the Mechanism of Allelopathy of Extracts of the Root and the Rhizosphere of Parsley on Fusarium oxysporiumf.sp.cucumerinum,Cucumber seedlings wered irrigated twice by three kinds of extracts(aqueous,ethanol,and acetone) of the root and the rhizosphere of parsley,at the stage of first euphylla(the wide of leaf reached 5cm),then the changes of three kinds defensive enzymes that included peroxidase(POD),polyphenol oxidase(PPO)and PAL phenylalanine aminolyase(PAL) activities in leaf of cucumber were measured.The resultes showed that the activities of POD,PPO and PAL after which were treated with the extracts of the parsley root and rhizosphere presented the trend of first increased and then drop,and were higher than that of the control obviously;from the three kinds of extracts to see,the variation of acetone extracts treatment was the greater than ethanol extracts,ethanol extracts treatment than distilled aqueous extracts;from the two kinds of root extracts to see,the variation of rhizosphere extracts treatment was the greater than root extracts.
