Abstract
Objective To establish the new mode of hospital performance under the attending physician responsibility system, so as to adapt to the new requirements of medical separation reform. Method Exploring new post assessment of performance management and new distribution system based on the medical achievement output, focusing on motivating medical output workload and difficulty of the work of each attending physician groups,prompting each attending physicians group to increase the volume of services, and improving the technical level and the difficulty in diagnosis and treatment. Result Through taking each attending physician group in a department as an example,change from the department management, team building, subject development, work efficiency and other aspects before and after the health reform is analyzed. Conclusion The incentive distribution system should be focused on, which is gradually accepted by the medical staff and achieved significant results.
