Effect observation of fasudil combined with ligustrazine injection in acute cerebral infarction

Objective To observe the clinical effect and security of fasudil combined with ligustrazine injection in acute cerebral infarction.Methods 80 cases patients with acute cerebral infarction were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,each of 40 cases.Control group were treated with mannitol,aspirin,ligustrazine injection conventional treatment;On the basis of treatment group,treatment group received fasudil.Compared the clinical efficacy,neurological deficit score and adverse reaction.Results The total effective rate of treatment group(95.0%) was higher than that of control group(82.5%),the difference was statistically significant(P0.01);The neurological deficit score of two groups were lower,and the neurological deficit score of treatment group was lower than that of control group,the difference was statistically significant(P0.01);And adverse reaction was mild.Conclusion Fasudil combined with ligustrazine injection in acute cerebral infarction is effective and safe.
