The Law Option in Developing Chinese Communist Party's Inner-party Democracy

Inner-party harmony is the core element of constructing the socialist harmonious society.And the most fundamental way of the realization of inner-party harmony is to strengthen inner-party democracy.Over the years,it is universal existence to emphasize the rule by man and ignore the rule of law in Chinese Communist Party's inner-party democracy construction.So the inner-party democracy construction from the perspective of the rule of law is very weak.Continuing to promote inner-party democracy under the new situation,we must abide by the conception of governing the Party by law,construct a complete legal system for inner-party democracy,constitute scientific operating procedures on inner-party democracy,establish a powerful executive and protective system of inner-party democracy and strive to create firm proponents of inner-party democracy governing by law,so as to insure the healthy and orderly development of inner-party democracy.
